Rabiloo and Honegori Successfully Host the Talkshow “The Journey of Digital Transformation Cooperation in Healthcare”

10 DEC, 20256 min read

On November 26, 2025, Rabiloo’s Hanoi office was buzzing with energy as we hosted a special internal talkshow: “A Digital Transformation Partnership Journey in Healthcare.” We were delighted to welcome our guests from Honegori—one of Japan’s leading healthcare providers with a large network of musculoskeletal clinics and a long-standing strategic partner of Rabiloo.

Honegori: From a Small Clinic to a Large-Scale Healthcare Network

Honegori began as a small clinic with only a handful of team members. Over time, it has grown into one of Japan’s leading networks specializing in musculoskeletal care and rehabilitation. Throughout this journey, Honegori has remained committed to high-quality treatment, “Japan-standard” service excellence, and a consistent patient experience across every location.

Digital Transformation in Healthcare: “Nice to Have” or “Must Have”?

Healthcare—especially rehabilitation—demands strict clinical workflows, accurate data, and uncompromising consistency in quality. In this context, digital transformation is no longer optional. It has become a must-have requirement for organizations aiming to scale, maintain service quality, and improve operational efficiency.

Honegori’s journey clearly proves this point. The company has embedded technology deeply into patient data management, process standardization, and clinic operations optimization. Digital transformation is therefore not a one-off IT initiative, but an essential part of Honegori’s long-term growth strategy.

That is why this talkshow went beyond simply sharing experience. It was also a meaningful moment for Rabiloo and Honegori to reflect on our collaboration and reaffirm a shared direction: using technology to enhance operational performance while protecting patient trust and patient experience.

“Dreams create the path. Actions create the results, and the heart creates the future.”

Opening the talk show, Mr. Abe, Founder and CEO of Honegori, shared an inspiring story about where it all started: a small clinic and a “life plan” he wrote when he was 20. From a few simple lines on paper, he steadily turned his vision into reality—opening the first clinic, building a team, and expanding into a large-scale clinic network.

In his story, digital transformation was never framed as a temporary trend. It was a necessary choice to protect service standards, ensure consistent quality, and strengthen patient trust as Honegori continued to grow. He emphasized that without technology and data as the foundation, it would be extremely difficult for a healthcare business to scale fast while still maintaining the “Japan-level quality” Honegori strives for.

“Executives grow the company”

Next, Mr. Maeshima, Director of the Honegori Clinic College, took a deeper look into what truly powers a clinic chain from within: clinical workflows, healthcare operations management, and the role of executives in enabling sustainable growth.

Through his personal story—starting out as “a young man from the countryside with nothing” in his twenties—he explained how he transformed by choosing the right people to learn from and the right environment to live and work in. His message was simple but powerful:

“What matters isn’t what you see or hear—it’s what you choose to do with it.”

He then broke down the role of an executive in clear terms:

  • Understand how the CEO thinks.

  • Align with the CEO’s values and decision standards.

  • Enable the CEO with time, budget, and accurate information for better decisions.

  • Constantly ask: “If I were the CEO, how would I see and handle this?”

He also introduced five stages of talent development—Maeshima’s approach, drawn from his experience at Honegori:

  1. I can do it.

  2. We can train others to do it.

  3. We build systems and environments so anyone can do it.

  4. We develop people who can train others.

  5. We develop people who can build systems and environments so anyone can do it.

He concluded with a memorable message:

“If you act ten times more than others, you may fail five times more—but you’ll achieve twice as much. A business can grow as far as you want, as long as you keep growing.”

Mr. Maeshima

This message strongly resonated with managers, leaders, and senior engineers in the room. When management truly understands the CEO’s vision and translates it into systems, tools, and daily working habits, the organization can nurture sustainable growth—and that’s when technology becomes a strategic lever, not just a support tool.

Rabiloo’s employee energetic Q&A session with the speakers

The Q&A session brought even more energy to the room, with many Rabiloo members raising practical questions around:

  • How to work effectively with Japanese clients

  • Quality management and quality control in projects

  • Career development and how to “grow with the company”

The Honegori speakers answered openly and thoughtfully, sharing both strategic perspectives and real, hands-on lessons from their day-to-day work.

Although the session lasted nearly two and a half hours, the room stayed full and focused—no one left their seat. The guests from Honegori were genuinely impressed by Rabiloo’s attentiveness and professionalism throughout the event.

Eight Years of Partnership: From Delivery Vendor to Strategic Partner in Digital Transformation, Automation & AI

This visit also marked a meaningful turning point for Rabiloo. Over the years, our collaboration has evolved—from the traditional role of an “offshore development vendor” to a relationship built as strategic IT partners, jointly advancing digital transformation, workflow automation, and AI-driven solutions. This evolution reflects a key spirit emphasized throughout the seminar: moving from “task executors” to true partners who grow alongside clients

From eight years of working with Honegori, Rabiloo has gained valuable lessons:

  • Go beyond requirements to deeply understand the client’s business model

  • Constantly ask how technology can create additional value

  • Build relationships with a long-term mindset, not just project-by-project

  • Maintain a no-compromise attitude toward quality

  • And above all, value a partnership where both sides can genuinely celebrate each other’s growth

As a partner supporting Japanese companies on their journey of digital transformation and AI adoption, Rabiloo values both technical capability and trusted collaboration.

If your business is looking for a technology partner to build a long-term growth strategy with impactful solutions, Rabiloo is ready to walk that journey with you.
