The client runs a top-tier musculoskeletal care system in Japan.


Needs & Challenges

In the healthcare sector, especially in joint and bone care services, understanding customer behavior and needs is critical to improving service quality.


However, Honegori has faced challenges in effectively collecting and managing user interaction data through its existing customer care application. Key insights such as device usage frequency, types of services used, and post-service feedback have not been systematically stored or analyzed.


Our solutions

Rabiloo developed a specialized module to help client comprehensively collect and manage user data, seamlessly integrating it with their existing CRM system. This solution not only enhanced the ability to personalize services but also established a solid data foundation to support long-term customer care strategies.

Stores feedback and ratings by service package


4. Real-Time CRM Synchronization

Transfers collected data to the CRM system in real time

Segments customers based on engagement level and usage patterns

Displays behavior data per individual customer

Suggests relevant services based on usage history
