Honegori is a leading provider of musculoskeletal healthcare services in Japan, operating over 40 clinics nationwide.


The company specializes in joint and bone treatment, chiropractic care, acupuncture, and traffic accident rehabilitation, serving more than 320,000 patients annually.


Needs & Challenges

With a large operational scale and clinics spread across Japan, Honegori faced significant challenges in managing customer information, medical records, and service payments across branches.


The key issues included:

A high volume of patients required an efficient system to manage customer data and visit history.

A wide variety of service packages and pricing programs made accurate billing essential for each individual customer.

Insurance policies and custom discounts added complexity to invoice calculations.

Multiple payment methods—including cash, credit card, and loyalty points—needed to be fully supported.


Our solution

Rabiloo developed a fully customized POS system for Honegori, combining software and IoT components to streamline service billing and support multiple payment methods.


The solution was tailored to handle complex invoicing for various treatment services and seamlessly integrated with Honegori’s existing systems and databases. By automating payment processes, the solution reduced human error and significantly improved operational efficiency.

1. For Medical Staff and Cashiers:

Automated Payments: Supports multiple payment methods including cash, credit cards, and loyalty points. The system can also calculate individual discounts and insurance coverage for each patient.

Complex Billing Handling: Accurately calculates invoices that involve various services such as chiropractic treatment, acupuncture, and traffic accident rehabilitation.

Invoice & Report Generation: Automatically generates invoices and provides detailed reports on payment transactions and patient service history.

Insurance & Discount Integration: Ensures accurate calculations of insurance claims and promotional discounts, minimizing errors in every transaction


2. For Administrators:

Customer Information Management: Admins can easily manage customer profiles, including transaction history and payment status.

Service & Package Management: Allows admins to create and manage service packages, set flexible pricing, and ensure accurate billing logic.

Financial Reporting: Provides comprehensive reports on revenue and transactions, helping admins monitor business performance and make strategic decisions.
